These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of The Resell Guru website and the digital products sold on it. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What we sell

We sell downloadable PDF supplier lists and related digital resources for people starting or running a resale business. All products are digital and delivered instantly after payment. Nothing is physically shipped.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from this site. You agree that all information you provide at checkout is accurate.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
• We may change prices, promotions, and product contents at any time. Changes do not apply retroactively to completed orders.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

4. Delivery and access

After a successful payment you receive an instant download link on the confirmation page and a copy by email. Download links are tied to your order and are for your personal use only. If a link fails, contact support and we will restore access.

5. License and permitted use

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, publish, or post the files or their contents.
• Share download links or account access with others.
• Create derivative products, courses, or lists based on our content.

We may revoke access without a refund if we detect sharing, redistribution, or other misuse. All content remains our intellectual property.

6. No guarantee of results

Our products are informational resources. We do not guarantee sales, income, supplier pricing, product quality, stock availability, or any specific business outcome. Suppliers are independent third parties and we are not responsible for your dealings with them. You are responsible for vetting suppliers and complying with all laws that apply to your business, including rules about authenticity, labeling, and imports.

7. Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. Exceptions and the request process are described in our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to bypass payment or download protections, scrape content, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Resell Guru is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms at any time; the updated version takes effect when posted. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
