Refund & Return Policy

The Resell Guru sells digital products only — downloadable PDF supplier lists delivered instantly after payment. Nothing is physically shipped, so there is nothing to return.

All sales are final once downloaded

Because our products are delivered immediately and can be copied, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital goods and waive any right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

When we will issue a refund

We want every customer to actually receive what they paid for. We will refund you if:

  • Your download link is broken or expired and we are unable to provide a working replacement file.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order — duplicate charges are refunded in full.
  • You never received access to the product (no download page and no email) and we cannot resolve it.
  • You were charged in error or the purchase was unauthorized and confirmed as fraudulent.

What is not covered

  • Change of mind after downloading.
  • Buying the wrong list, or buying a list already included in a bundle you own.
  • Not achieving a particular business result. Supplier lists are resources, not a guarantee of sales, pricing, or profit.
  • A supplier changing their pricing, catalog, minimums, or availability.

Broken links get fixed first

If a supplier link inside a list stops working, contact us and we will provide a working replacement, usually within 24 hours. Lists are updated for free for life, so replacements are the fastest route to getting value from your purchase.

How to request help or a refund

Email us with your order email address and the name of the product within 14 days of purchase. We respond to support requests within 24 hours. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues are download problems we can fix immediately. Filing a chargeback on a downloaded digital product may result in access being revoked.
